- Malware, phishing, spam, credential harvesting, account abuse, payment fraud, या platform security controls bypass करने के attempts।

- Financial, medical, legal, gambling, investment, crypto, या regulated professional advice जिसे authoritative guidance की तरह पेश किया गया हो।
- Copyright infringement, unauthorized resale, counterfeit activity, या ऐसा content publish करना जिसका उपयोग करने का अधिकार user के पास नहीं है।
- False claims, fake reviews, inflated usage claims, misleading endorsements, या YouTube, Google, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, या किसी अन्य provider से confusing affiliation।
AI और model-provider transparency
Human Highlight independently branded है और YouTube, Google, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini या किसी अन्य AI model provider से affiliated नहीं है। Provider और model names केवल product द्वारा उपयोग की जाने वाली services की पहचान या तुलना के लिए दिखाई दे सकते हैं।
Human Highlight images या videos generate नहीं करता और face-swap, deepfake, synthetic identity, NSFW chatbot, या adult AI companion features offer नहीं करता। AI features text और public YouTube source context को editable knowledge maps में organize करते हैं।
Human Highlight YouTube वीडियो फ़ाइलें डाउनलोड, होस्ट या पुनर्वितरित नहीं करता। यह अनुमत स्रोत संदर्भ और उपयोगकर्ता-निर्मित शोध को नॉलेज मैप में व्यवस्थित करने वाले सॉफ़्टवेयर टूल प्रदान करता है।
Enforcement और reports
यदि usage इस policy, Terms, law, या platform safety requirements का उल्लंघन करता है, तो Human Highlight public maps remove कर सकता है, publishing restrict कर सकता है, accounts suspend कर सकता है, entitlements downgrade कर सकता है, या activity report कर सकता है।
