Refunds and cancellation

Clear rules for SaaS subscriptions and metered AI usage.

This policy explains how Human Highlight handles subscription cancellation, accidental purchases, access failures, and AI point-pack refunds.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • When a subscription is cancelled, Pro access normally remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • If a payment is refunded, charged back, expires, or fails final recovery, paid entitlements may be downgraded according to the payment-provider event.
  • Refund requests are reviewed when there is an access failure, duplicate billing, accidental purchase, or a material mismatch between the paid plan and delivered SaaS access.

AI point packs

AI point packs are optional one-time purchases for heavier AI usage. Points are added to a non-expiring wallet and are spent by AI features after starter and monthly points are used.

  • Unused point packs can be reviewed for refund.
  • If points have already been spent, a refund may reduce the remaining wallet balance or create point debt so refunded usage is not consumed twice.
  • Point packs are not a physical product, marketplace item, or manually delivered service.

How to request help

Email contact@humanhighlight.co with the account email, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive identity documents by email unless specifically requested through a secure provider flow.

Checkout is not live until payment-provider approval is complete. This policy is published now so reviewers can evaluate the support, refund, and fulfillment model before live payments are enabled.
