Use Human Highlight for legitimate research and knowledge organization.

This policy defines what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how Human Highlight handles reports for public maps, AI-assisted organization, and account usage.

Allowed uses

  • Organizing public YouTube videos, playlists, channels, and creator research into private or public visual knowledge maps.
  • Creating study paths, timelines, relationship webs, case dossiers, rankings, creator maps, and other structured views for education, research, and content planning.
  • Editing, correcting, and publishing maps when users have reviewed the output and can trace source material.

Prohibited uses

  • Adult, sexually explicit, exploitative, or NSFW content, including sexualized minors or non-consensual sexual material.
  • Deepfake, face-swap, impersonation, identity manipulation, or tools intended to deceive people about a person's identity or speech.
  • Harassment, hate, doxxing, stalking, threats, extremism, or content that targets protected groups or private individuals for abuse.
  • Malware, phishing, spam, credential harvesting, account abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to bypass platform security controls.
  • Using Human Highlight as a video downloader, ripper, hosting service, redistribution service, or a way to bypass YouTube access controls, regional restrictions, paywalls, or rights-holder permissions.
  • Financial, medical, legal, gambling, investment, crypto, or regulated professional advice presented as authoritative guidance.
  • Copyright infringement, unauthorized resale, counterfeit activity, or publication of content the user does not have the right to use.
  • False claims, fake reviews, inflated usage claims, misleading endorsements, or confusing affiliation with YouTube, Google, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other provider.

AI and model-provider transparency

Human Highlight is independently branded and is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI model provider. Provider and model names may appear only to identify services used by the product or for comparison.

Human Highlight does not generate images or videos and does not offer face-swap, deepfake, synthetic identity, NSFW chatbot, or adult AI companion features. AI features organize text and public YouTube source context into editable knowledge maps.

Human Highlight does not download, host, or redistribute YouTube video files. It provides software tools that organize permitted source context and user-created research into knowledge maps.

Enforcement and reports

Human Highlight may remove public maps, restrict publishing, suspend accounts, downgrade entitlements, or report activity when usage violates this policy, the Terms, law, or platform safety requirements.
