Refunds and cancellation

Clear rules for SaaS subscriptions and metered AI usage.

This policy explains how Human Highlight handles subscription cancellation, accidental purchases, access failures, duplicate charges, and refund review.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • When a subscription is cancelled, Pro access normally remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
  • If a payment is refunded, charged back, expires, or fails final recovery, paid entitlements may be downgraded according to the payment event.
  • Refund requests are reviewed when there is an access failure, duplicate billing, accidental purchase, or a material mismatch between the paid plan and delivered SaaS access.

Subscription access and quota corrections

The live paid offer is a SaaS subscription. If a checkout succeeds but the account tier, monthly quota, or entitlement does not update correctly, contact support and include the account email, product name, and purchase date.

  • If Pro access is not delivered after a successful subscription checkout, contact support for review.
  • If a payment is refunded or reversed, related paid entitlements may be adjusted according to the payment event.
  • Power Points are digital plan quotas, not a physical product, marketplace item, or manually delivered service.

How to request help

Email support@humanhighlight.co with the account email, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive identity documents by email unless specifically requested through a secure provider flow.

Paid access is delivered as SaaS account entitlement updates after checkout confirmation. Refund review focuses on duplicate charges, accidental purchases, and entitlement delivery failures.
