Subscriptions
- You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- When a subscription is cancelled, Pro access normally remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
- If a payment is refunded, charged back, expires, or fails final recovery, paid entitlements may be downgraded according to the payment event.
- Refund requests are reviewed when there is an access failure, duplicate billing, accidental purchase, or a material mismatch between the paid plan and delivered SaaS access.
Subscription access and quota corrections
The live paid offer is a SaaS subscription. If a checkout succeeds but the account tier, monthly quota, or entitlement does not update correctly, contact support and include the account email, product name, and purchase date.
- If Pro access is not delivered after a successful subscription checkout, contact support for review.
- If a payment is refunded or reversed, related paid entitlements may be adjusted according to the payment event.
- Power Points are digital plan quotas, not a physical product, marketplace item, or manually delivered service.
How to request help
Email support@humanhighlight.co with the account email, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive identity documents by email unless specifically requested through a secure provider flow.
Paid access is delivered as SaaS account entitlement updates after checkout confirmation. Refund review focuses on duplicate charges, accidental purchases, and entitlement delivery failures.
